:: I love what I do. Really, is there anything more important than that?
:: I love moments, and I try to catch them.
:: I like to have fun, and can occasionally be wacky. I like my photography to be fun too.
:: I’ve been shooting for seven years, but am still learning everyday.
:: I have a wonderful husband, Aaron, who also serves as my assistant. Did I mention that he’s awesome?
:: I have a cat, Zoe, who likes chili, and many other non-cat foods.
:: I started out by taking pictures of local Chicago bands, and still do so to this day. The bands are family to me now.
:: My friends call my camera my “telescope” because it’s so big.
:: I read. A lot. I have to buy a new bookcase every year.
:: I am a certified teacher and I taught for three years.
:: While I love taking pictures of people, I hate my own picture being taken. Does that make me a hypocrite?
:: When I have a bad day, I like to curl up on the couch and watch Gilmore Girls.
:: I drink copious amounts of tea (usually hot). My current favorite is jasmine tea.
:: I like vintage things, and love when people tell me that they want vintage-style shoots.
:: On the flip side, I also love bright fun colors, which are totally not vintage. I’m multi-faceted.
:: I’ve never met a camera I didn’t like.
:: I really like penguins.
:: I went to high school in Tennessee. No, I don’t have an accent. Yes, I do occasionally slip a “y’all” in the conversation.
:: Speaking of high school, my hubby and I are high school sweethearts.
:: My favorite fast food restaurant is Sonic. On road trips, we must stop at every one on the way.
